What this policy covers

Paws at You creates pet meme images and short pet videos from your text and optional uploaded photos. This page explains what we collect, which services process it, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

Account: name, email address and sign-in provider. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Photos and generated media: the photos you upload, the images and videos you generate, and the job record (status, timestamps, credit cost).
Product feedback: your feedback content and optional email address are stored to improve the product and reply to you. We also store the page path (without query parameters), language, submission time, and a user link if you are signed in. A hashed sender key is used to limit spam.
Usage: page views, generation events, browser type, IP address and basic device data.

Who processes it

EvoLink receives your submitted photos and instructions to generate your image or video. Its own processing and retention terms apply.
Cloudflare R2 stores uploaded photos and generated images and videos so your history keeps working after the provider's download links expire.
Stripe processes payment and sends us the payment result.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4 and the Plausible-compatible service at app.pageview.app) count visits and product events. They do not receive your photos.

AI generation is processed by third-party providers through EvoLink. Your submitted photos and instructions are sent to these providers to fulfil your request.

We do not sell personal data.

Photos, generated images, videos and job records are stored to provide your creation history. This version does not automatically remove stored media when an account is deleted. Payment records are retained for tax and accounting requirements.

Feedback is retained for product improvement; deleting your account removes its account link but not the feedback or optional email. To request feedback deletion, email support@pawsatyou.cloud.

Your choices

You can delete your account in Settings → Security. To request removal of uploaded photos, generated images, videos or job records, email support@pawsatyou.cloud. Account deletion alone does not erase stored media.

Children

The service is for people 18 and older. Do not upload photos of children.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with your data, we will say so on this page before the change takes effect.
