## The service

Paws at You creates pet meme images and short AI pet videos from text instructions and optional reference photos. Generated results may differ from the input.

## Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. By uploading photos you confirm that each photo is yours to use, or that you have permission from every person in it, and that every person is 18 or older. Do not upload photos of celebrities, public figures, children, or anyone who has not agreed.

## What you may not do

- Upload images that infringe someone else's rights, or use the output to impersonate a real person.
- Use the service to create sexual, violent, hateful, or otherwise unlawful content.
- Attempt to bypass the credit system, rate limits, or content checks.

We may refuse a render or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

## Credits, payments, and refunds

An image costs 1 credit; a video costs 5 credits. One-time packs provide 5 credits for $5.99, 15 for $14.99, or 35 for $29.99. There is no subscription. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Failed generations return their credits automatically.

You can request a refund for a purchase from the Billing page only when all of the following are true:

- The purchase still has unused credits.
- The purchase was made within the last 30 days.
- The purchase has not already been fully refunded.
- There is no refund request already pending for that purchase.
- There is no open payment dispute for that purchase.

We calculate a refund from the credits remaining when we process the request: **amount paid × credits remaining ÷ credits purchased**, rounded to the nearest cent. If you have not used any credits, the refund is the full amount paid, less any amount already refunded.

We aim to process refund requests within **3 business days**. Submitting a request does not freeze your credits, and we recalculate the refund from your balance at the time we process it; we do not issue automatic refunds. If approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method through Stripe and usually arrives within **5–10 business days**. If we decline the request, we will explain why.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled under Stripe's rules. If a purchase does not qualify for a refund request, or something else is wrong, use the feedback link on the Billing page or email [support@pawsatyou.cloud](mailto:support@pawsatyou.cloud).

## Output and ownership

You keep whatever rights you have in the photos you upload. We store the photos and the rendered video so the service can show your history; see the [Privacy Policy](/privacy). We do not claim ownership of your video. You are responsible for how you use the output.

Images and videos are AI-generated, not recordings of your pet. Anatomy, markings, movement and text may vary. Do not upload material you do not have permission to use.

## Independence

Paws at You is an independent AI creation tool. It is not affiliated with any original meme creator, zoo, or competing generator. No rights to third-party material are granted.

## Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We may change the model, quality, or pricing, and we may pause the service for maintenance. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
